International Women's Day Event

Join Us for International Women's Day Celebration in Aberystwyth!

We are thrilled to extend our invitation to you for our upcoming International Women's Day celebration on March 15th, 2024, in Aberystwyth! 

This event is dedicated to honoring and empowering women while focusing on health, wellness, and education. It promises to be a day filled with inspiration and empowerment, featuring engaging activities and insightful discussions.

Here's a glimpse of what you can expect:

• 10:30 - 11:00am: Coffee & Chat
• 11:00 - 11:30am: Menopause & Health - Talk by Rachel Hubbard
• 11:45 - 12:15pm: Zumba, fun workout with Samantha Ackerman
• 12:30 - 1:00pm: Disco-Bix Workout with Rachel Hubbard
• 1:15 - 1:45pm: Yoga Strength for Menopause with Sarah McKenna
• 1:45 - 2:15pm: Yoga Relax & Resort with Sarah McKenna
• 2:15 - 2:30pm: Open Mic. - discussion on Women's Health & Wellbeing

In addition to these activities, we are delighted to have the support of local talents and businesses:

• Deborah Simpson-Jones will be offering advice on nutritional supplements
• Morwenna Grey will be providing Reflexology with some 15-minute free consultation sessions available to book
• Jude James Middleton will showcase and offer the purchase of her exceptional homemade craft items
• Ty Bach Twt will provide a chance to sample olive oil from Helen Lyall Williams

We kindly ask for a small donation for the day, and all proceeds will go to Women's Aid. Light refreshments will be provided, but we encourage you to bring your own packed lunch and snacks for the day.
