Bore Da Pilates - Standing Pilates
Saturday 9am - 9.30am
Join in our favourite Standing Pilates class - also know as "Pyjama Pilates" due to the early morning on a weekend. I promise you will feel better and more wide awake at the end of this session x
Standing Pilates will help improve your balance and core strength with a range of standing exercises and stretches to condition your body. Please make sure that you have something sturdy to lean against if your balance is poor.
