Service Description
Join us for this 20-minute Functional Fitness session — a focused and purposeful workout designed to support the way your body moves in daily life.
Using compound exercises, we’ll work on building strength, improving joint stability, and enhancing balance and coordination. These are the foundations of functional movement — helping you feel more capable, more confident, and more resilient.
Please bring a resistance band and a weight (a kettlebell or dumbbell works well) so you can get the most from each exercise. Every movement can be adapted, and alternatives will be given throughout. If you need personalised advice, you’re very welcome to get in touch before the session.
