Tuesday 7.30am - 7.50am - Live Online Café Workout
This 20 minute workout can be done alone when you are short of time, or added to the Cardio sessions to make a longer workout.
This dynamic training session is aimed at conditioning your body using a loop band, a weight and your own body weight.
Each exercise can be modified to suit you, so listen out for the alternative and contact me if you require specific advice x
