Get into the festive spirit while boosting your fitness and wellbeing with rbhfitness' "Get Fit & Festive" programme. Our one-month online, live and interactive programme includes fitness sessions and healthy eating tips to help you feel your best before Christmas arrives. Whether you prefer to participate live via our Facebook page or watch later at your own convenience, we've got you covered. Don't let Santa slow you down - start your journey to a healthier you with rbhfitness. These sessions can be done live via our Facebook page, or watch online later at anytime between now and the 31st December 2023. Modifications are offered for your fitness level and ability Get Fit & Festive includes the following classes and talks: Monday 6-6:45pm Quick FIIT - HIIT based cardio workout to improve heart strength and improve your metabolic potential 7 - 7:45pm - Pilates Conditioning - learn how Pilates can give your a stronger, leaner, more flexible body Tuesday 7:30 - 7:50am - Functional Fitness - using a band and weights, this class will improve your overall strength and conditioning. 7:30 - 8.15pm - Holistic Health - a range of talks from Gut Health to how to reduce stress, how to get stronger and how nutrition can be our friend in wellbeing Wednesday 6:00 - 6:45pm - Weighted Wonderland - a pump based workout to get a great improvement in your overall fitness, increase strength and bone health. 6:50 - 7:30pm - Back Care Pilates, specific guidance on how to improve chronic lower back pain, but also a great sessions for beginners and those who prefer a more stretched based session. Thursday 7:30 - 7:50am - Mat Work Magic - 20 minutes of Pilates to start your day Friday 7:30 - 8am - Cardio Christmas - boost your metabolic potential with this quick burst of Fizzy Fitness Saturday 9:00 - 9:30 am - Standing Pilates - a 30 minute standing Pilates session to improve your core strength and balance 9:30 - 9:45am - Motivate Me - healthy tips to keep you motivated over the weekend. Join us today and get ready to feel fit and festive
