This 20-minute session is designed to boost your metabolism and energise your day. Each week, you will experience a different style of workout, ranging from bodyweight circuits and interval training to strength-based exercises and mobility work.
By challenging your cardiovascular system and engaging key muscle groups, this class will help to increase your metabolic rate, improve endurance, and build overall strength. Suitable for all levels, it offers an efficient and effective way to start your week feeling strong and focused.
