Pilates Conditioning – 7.00 – 7.45pm Join us for a 45-minute Mat Based Pilates session dedicated to enhancing your core strength and flexibility. To participate, you'll need a mat and a band, and don't worry if you're new to Pilates or at an intermediate level—this programme caters to both. Over the next month, our experienced instructor will guide you through a progressive training regimen, offering adaptations to ensure everyone can derive the maximum benefit from the session. Your journey to improved core strength and flexibility begins here. You can join in this session live via the Facebook group, or watch when you like on the Cafe 24 video channel. The pass gives you access to all these classes for 6 months.
