🌟 Strong & Steady Pilates Taster Session with Rachel Hubbard Join me, Rachel Hubbard, on Tuesday, 27th August, from 7.30am to 7.50am for a focused session designed to improve your strength, posture, and overall well-being. As a qualified specialist with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, and experience in Menopause and Back Care, I’ve developed this class to address the specific needs that come with ageing. The "Strong & Steady" Pilates session incorporates the principles of Pilates with the use of kettlebells and dumbbells to help build muscle mass, improve core strength, and enhance posture. This approach is particularly beneficial for maintaining and improving bone density, which becomes increasingly important as we age. Throughout the session, I’ll offer practical advice on how these exercises can support your overall health, helping you stay strong, steady, and confident. Please bring your own weights for the session—dumbbells or kettlebells that suit your needs. You can also participate without weights if you prefer. If you’re interested in regular classes, the "Strong & Steady" Pilates class will be held every Thursday from 12:00 to 12:45 pm at Waunfawr Community Hall. You can save money and book online with a Pass Y Borth & Aber. I look forward to helping you take control of your health in a supportive environment.
