Service Description

This series of workshops looks at how to do an exercise in more detail. There will be longer explanations of the muscles worked, and how to optimise your technique for quicker improvements. This is a workout session with more teaching detail to improve your Pilates practice, technique and overall strength. Each week we will cover a different topic.
