Booking Policy for RBHFITNESS Wellness Retreat Day Thank you for your interest in the RBHFITNESS Wellness Retreat Day. Please review the following booking guidelines before securing your place. 1. Booking Process All bookings must be made through our official booking platform or by contacting us directly. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. 2. Health & Medical Considerations To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we request that you inform us of any existing health conditions, injuries, or mobility concerns that may affect your participation. If your health status changes between booking and the event, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer appropriate support or adjustments. 3. Dietary Requirements If you have food allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary needs, please provide this information at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements, but advance notice is essential. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in a cancellation fee or loss of the booking fee, unless due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergency). 5. Booking on the Day Same-day bookings may be available, subject to space. However, we strongly advise booking in advance to secure your place. 6. Refunds & Transfers Refunds will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior approval from RBHFITNESS. 7. Event Changes or Cancellations RBHFITNESS reserves the right to modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, low attendance).
