Experience Café ‘Spring, a 6-week online course featuring live and interactive classes, supplemented by 12 months of OnDemand access to all sessions via our video channel. Centred around a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, Café ‘Spring delves into cutting-edge research on achieving self-improvement through simple exercise and dietary interventions. Grounded in solid fitness principles, this programme spans six weeks, offering a deep dive into the importance of integrating activity into daily life and the impact of dietary choices on both physical and mental health. You will embark on a progressive training programme, with the flexibility to engage in live sessions or access recordings at their convenience. The versatility of at-home videos allows for repeated viewings, pre-session preparation, and customisation of workouts for individual preferences or extended sessions. Each workout adheres to current fitness guidelines, guided by experienced coaches dedicated to maximising your results. What sets the “Happy Café Hapus” programme apart are its enlightening lectures on health and wellbeing, providing a comprehensive framework that complements workout routines and nutritional guidance. With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Rachel, a CIMSPA registered Training Provider, brings a wealth of expertise as a Coach and Fitness Mentor, ensuring a trusted educational approach to fitness and health. Café ‘Spring commences on April 8th and continues until May 18th, offering six months of access to all workouts for flexible viewing.
