Bore Da Standing Pilates Join us for Bore Da Standing Pilates from 9:00 am to 9:30 am, a 30-minute standing Pilates session focused on balance, core strength, and mobility. This class is designed to help you start your day with movement and energy. Whether you need a stretch after a run or are looking for a morning routine, this session offers a structured way to get moving. The session encourages your body to move efficiently and helps prepare your mind for the day ahead. If balance is a concern, ensure you have something stable to hold onto for support. Benefits of Standing Pilates Postural Strength: Improves posture and core stability by engaging muscle groups while standing. Balance and Coordination: Challenges balance and coordination, improving awareness of body position and movement.
