Service Description

Balanced Workout: the unique combination of kettlebell strength training and Pilates core stability exercises. This workout targets both power and precision. Functional Fitness: improve day-to-day functional movements, improve posture, and build endurance. Low Impact, High Results: Pilates for joint health while promoting the muscle-building benefits of kettlebells. Community and Support: Introduction to kettlebell technique and combined with both standing and mat Pilates. Please note that you will have to bring your own Kettlebell or Dumbbell for this class.
