Wednesday - 6-7pm - Live Online Café Workout
This hour long conditioning workout introduces you to the benefits of weight training - increased bone density, increased tone of muscles and improved metabolic profile.
Weighted Workout will be a structured session with increases in intensity over the 6 weeks. You will be taught good form and technique alongside an effective training session. Do not worry if you are a beginner, as I will spend time demonstrating technique to help you get the most out of this session.
Weights can help improve your overall fitness, improve your muscle tone, help to stabilise joints, help you sleep better and reduce stress.
Ideally, you need some dumbbells - for beginners have a 2kg and 3kg to start and then progress to having a weighted bar with plates, or a 5kg dumbbell. These can be sourced via the web links.
