Education and Qualifications:
- BSc – Sports & Exercise Science 2:1, Aberystwyth University
- Dissertation: "Psychological Effects of a Self-Determination Theory-Based Exercise Intervention on Peri- and Post-Menopausal Women"

YMCA Technical Advisor for Pilates: Rachel's proficiency in Pilates has been recognised by YMCA, where she serves as a Technical Advisor, ensuring that quality and standards are met.

CIMSPA Partnership Training Provider: We are proud to partner with CIMSPA to offer industry-recognised training programmes and courses.

Previous Course Director: Rachel's experience extends to directing courses for NVQ Level 2, 3 & 4 for YMCA and Fitness Wales, imparting her knowledge to fitness enthusiasts and professionals.

Fitness Qualifications: Rachel holds a variety of fitness certifications, including Level 4 Back Care Practitioner, Level 3 Gym, Pilates, GP Referral & ETM, and Level 2 qualifications in Step Aerobics, Fitness Testing, Nutrition, Muscle Max, Fitball, Group Cycle, and Kettlebell Instruction.

Back Care Pilates Specialist: With a deep understanding of back care, Rachel is your go-to expert for improving core strength and mobility, especially if you're dealing with chronic lower back pain or other injuries.

A Referral Point for Physios: Rachel's proficiency in exercise and well-being has made her a trusted referral point for physiotherapists. They recognise her as a valuable resource for patients seeking to enhance their physical health.

Online Creator of holistic health, exercise & wellbeing:  Rachel has harnessed the power of the digital world to create impactful online exercise programs. This means you can access her guidance and expertise from the comfort of your home. She's trained in Diamond Pilates Pelvic Floor and Stress Management, adding a holistic approach to her guidance.
