Itâs all about having a laugh, moving your body, and feeling good. đ¶ââïžđ¶ââïž Everyoneâs Welcome: No dance experience? No worries! We keep things simple with easy-to-follow moves and plenty of chances to freestyle. Forget the pressure of getting it ârightââthis is your time to shine however you like! đ Feel-Good Fun: Most of the session is low-impact, but weâve got options if you want to turn it upâor take it easy. And yes, itâs not all fast beats; weâve got a few smooth numbers to keep things chilled. đ Step into Fitness: With around an hour of moving and grooving, youâll clock up roughly 7,000 steps.
