Functional Fitness – 7.30 – 7.50am Get ready for our Functional Fitness session, a power-packed 20-minute workout taking place from 7:30 to 7:50 am. This programme is designed to enhance your overall body conditioning using compound exercises that strengthen muscles, stabilize joints, and enhance your balance. To fully engage in this session, make sure you have a band and a weight at your disposal. It's a quick but effective way to boost your functional fitness and leave you feeling strong and balanced. Each exercise can be modified to suit you, so listen out for the alternative and contact me if you require specific advice x
