Kettlebells are compact, versatile tools that offer a highly efficient way to train. Their unique shape allows for dynamic, full-body movements that challenge strength, balance and control. Whole-Body Strength: Kettlebell exercises use multiple muscle groups at once, helping you build strength where it counts — across the body, not just in isolated areas. Endurance & Power: The flowing, rhythmic nature of kettlebell movements improves both cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. Functional Movement: Many exercises mirror everyday tasks — lifting, swinging, hinging — making you stronger and more capable in daily life. Metabolic Boost: The intensity of kettlebell training raises your heart rate, supports fat metabolism and contributes to long-term health benefits. Core Control: Kettlebell movements demand strong, stable core engagement — helping you develop better posture and deeper body awareness. Learning the Technique Correct form is key to getting the most from kettlebell training. Please have a look at the Kettlebell training video before your first session, or as a refresher. Where kettlebell movement will be broken down clearly, with technique tips and movement cues to help you feel in control. What to Expect This 20-minute session includes a series of foundational kettlebell exercises such as: Kettlebell Swing – for power and posterior chain strength Goblet Squat – to build strong legs and core Kettlebell Press – to strengthen shoulders and upper body stability Each workout is structured to suit a range of abilities — with guidance on how to adapt each movement depending on your experience and fitness level. You can use a dumbbell for this session, or have a look at some of the recommended equipment in the handbook. Café Rachel Online Workouts – Access and Viewing Policy Welcome to Café Rachel Online Workouts Thank you for booking onto Café Rachel. These online workouts are designed to be safe, supportive, and flexible, allowing you to take part live or on catch-up in a way that suits your body, your space, and your energy levels. Sessions are coached clearly, with options offered throughout, but it is important that you work within your own limits, take rest when needed, and ensure you have a safe, clear area to exercise in. Online training works best when you feel confident to adapt, pause, or stop at any point, and this approach is actively encouraged. Live classes are delivered via our private Facebook group, which you will need to join in order to attend sessions as they happen. The group is also used for updates, timetable information, and general communication related to the programme. All sessions are recorded and made available via an exclusive, unlisted YouTube channel. This allows you to catch up on any class at a time that suits you, using your phone, tablet, or computer. These recordings are not public and are only accessible to Café Rachel members.
