Service Description
Join me for a complimentary Standing Pilates session. Standing Pilates offers a distinctive approach to strengthening your core and improving balance by incorporating the principles of Pilates in an upright position. This method is ideal for anyone, whether you’re a runner looking to enhance your stability or someone who prefers to avoid floor exercises. You may want to bring a chair for support or light dumbbells if you wish to increase the intensity. This session serves as a free taster and is part of the regular online Café programme. You can participate live starting from 16th September, or watch the session online at your convenience. If you have any questions before the event, please feel free to get in touch.

Diolch! Thank you for booking your free Taster Session for some of the classes I run online as part of the Café Programme. Please log into my Facebook page a few minutes before the event begins, or you can find the video in the media section after the session has ended. When participating in online workouts, it's important to take responsibility for your health and safety. Ensure that your floor space is clear of any trip hazards, and please contact me in advance if you require advice on modifications due to an injury or medical condition.
