Saturday 25th October | 10:30am – 1:00pm £5 entry – join for one session or stay for the whole morning Join Rachel, Menopause & Exercise Coach, for an enjoyable and informative morning designed to help you move with confidence, learn practical strategies, and connect with others. Discover how movement and lifestyle choices can support your energy, strength, and wellbeing through menopause and beyond. Programme 🕥 10:30 – 11:15am | Disco-Diva Workout A fun, low-impact dance session that will not only make you smile, but has amazing training benefits on your heart health, your balance and coordination - as well as being the best stress reliever ever! ☕ 11:15 – 11:30am | Coffee Break Tea, Coffee, Water, Juice and Cake. It would be really helpful to me if you could book ahead so that I know how many cakes to bring, and also, if you want to have some gluten free or dairy free options. 🎓 11:30am – 12:00pm | Talk: Menopause and Exercise Clear, practical advice on how exercise supports hormonal balance, bone health, and long-term wellbeing - and more importantly what you can do about it. There is a short handout to keep for this. 💪 12:15 – 12:45pm | Kettlebell Conditioning Safe, effective strength training for all abilities. Bring a kettlebell or hand weight if you have one. Beginners are welcome to use a Pilates Ball to learn the core techniques. Includes: refreshments, take-home handout, and raffle prizes. 🎟 £5 entry – attend one session or enjoy the whole morning.
