Seasons of Change – Two Retreat Days for 2025
Change is part of every season of life. When we approach it with understanding, support and practical tools, it becomes an opportunity to grow stronger and more confident.
Our Wellness Retreat Days are designed to help you pause, reflect and build new strategies for your health and wellbeing. Together, we’ll focus on movement, menopause, lifestyle and stress management — all with the aim of helping you shape your future, not simply react to change.

What to Expect
These days are about reward and recognition – creating space for yourself to recharge while investing in your long-term health. Expect:

Hello, I'm Rachel Hubbard, BSc in Sports & Exercise Science. I specialise in Menopause & Exercise, serving as a Pilates Coach and Back Care Tutor. Additionally, I'm a CIMSPA & YMCAFit Training Provider and YMCA Technical Advisor. As a ThisWorks Exercise Expert and Motivational Speaker, I am dedicated to changing perceptions on fitness and life.
