This autumn retreat day gives you practical tools to manage stress and anxiety, learn how to truly relax, and make small, realistic changes to support your health and wellbeing. Expect guided movement, real food that restores, and down-to-earth advice you can trust — all designed to help you feel more like yourself again.

Change has never come easily to me — I am a creature of habit (as my husband often reminds me!). But over time, and especially in recent years, I’ve realised that when you understand change, rather than fear it, you start to move forward. Sometimes we all need a pause — a chance to reflect, breathe, and remember what really matters.
That is exactly what Seasons of Change is about.
This Wellness Retreat Day is my way of sharing what I’ve learnt about real change — not just physical changes like perimenopause and beyond, but how to manage the stress and anxiety that can come with it. Together, we’ll look at how to relax more easily, how to care for your health as we move into winter, and how to make the kind of changes that feel like your choice — not something dragging you along.
🍂 What to Expect
This is a day for you. No fads. No perfection. Just practical, realistic support:
✅ Space for yourself – time to listen, learn and move. There’ll be guided sessions and straightforward talks that make sense.
✅ Good food – nourishing, real food to help you feel well, plus plenty of time to sit and chat (or just enjoy the peace) with like-minded women.
✅ Gifts and guidance – you’ll take home a goody bag and a simple booklet to remind you of what you’ve learnt and how to keep going.
✅ Stay a little longer – the Moody Cow offers lovely accommodation if you’d like to come the night before and make a weekend of it. Aberaeron and Cardigan are nearby if you fancy exploring the coast too.
✅ Ask and share – there’ll be plenty of time to ask me questions about what’s worked for me, what I see working for others, and to share your own thoughts too. I believe these days work best when we value what we all bring.

09:30 - 10:00 - Registration, coffee, collect goody bags, say hello and get ready to start for 10am.

10:00 - 10:30 - Disco Diva Ice Breaker - Start the day with a fun session and remind yourself about fun.

10:30 - 11:00 - Core & Restore - a 30 mins Pilates class to help balance and flexibility.

11:00 - 11:20 - Coffee and Comfort Break

11:30 - 12:30 - Menopause and Me - sharing my knowledge and experience of menopause and how lifestyle can make a difference to you

12:30 - 13:15 - Healthy and nutritious lunch!

13:15 - 14:00pm - WTF - Stress, why it causes so many issues and how to help manage

14:00 - 14:45 - DIY Diva - explore the psychology of change and how to harness these for lasting happiness
