How to Use the RBH Fitness App

Croeso – welcome to RBH Fitness. This guide explains how to book live classes, purchase passes, and use the app so you can get the most out of your sessions.

Why Book Online?

Booking in advance guarantees your space at class. It also saves you money if you choose to purchase one of the RBH Fitness passes. Passes reduce the cost per session and give you the peace of mind that your place is secure each week.

In-Person Classes

Borth Community Hall

  • Monday 11:00–11:45am – Seated Pilates

  • Monday 12:00–12:45pm – Back Care / Beginners Pilates

  • Tuesday 6:00–7:00pm – Pilates

  • Thursday 6:00–7:00pm – Disco-Diva

Waunfawr Community Hall

  • Thursday 11:00–11:45am – Back Care / Beginners Pilates

  • Thursday 12:00–12:45pm – Kettlebell Pilates 

  • Thursday 1:00–1:45pm – Back Care / Beginners Pilates

Passes

Passes make booking simple and reduce the cost per class. Each pass can be used for any in-person class at Borth or Aberystwyth.

  • Pass Y Borth & Aber 4 – £16 (4 classes, £4 each)

  • Pass Y Borth & Aber 8 – £28 (8 classes, £3.50 each)

  • Pass Y Borth & Aber 16 – £48 (16 classes, £3 each)

Please remember: having a pass does not guarantee entry unless you book your class. You can hold more than one pass at a time, and unused sessions remain valid until you use them. You can share a pass with your family and friends - simply add how many are attending on each session.

Booking and Cancellations

  • Book online at rbhfitness.co.uk/book-online or through the app.

  • You can book weeks in advance.

  • If you need to cancel, you can do so up to 1 hour before the class. Your pass will be refunded automatically, and the space released to the waiting list.

  • Email reminders will confirm your booking and prompt you if you need to cancel.

  • You can either go to the class you want, or scroll to a date using this weblink: https://www.rbhfitness.co.uk/timetable

    • The class will show in the timetable on its scheduled date only

If you prefer not to buy a pass, you can still book and pay online, or pay in person by cash, BACS, or PayPal (rbhfitnesswales@gmail.com).

If you are not confident with technology, bring cash to class and I will set you up online and manage your bookings for you.

Downloading and Using the App

The RBH Fitness app is powered by Fit by Wix and is available for Apple and Android.

  • Download “Fit by Wix” from your app store.

  • Enter the code: ZTPCFC.

  • Register with the same email address you used for the website. This ensures your passes and bookings link correctly.

  • Do not log in with Facebook or Google – always use your main email address that you paid your pass with.

Managing Your Account

On the app:

  1. Tap the icon in the top left corner.

  2. Select My Activities to view:

    • My bookings – all your scheduled classes.

    • My subscriptions – all your purchased passes.

You will also find:

  • Video Workouts – view on-demand workouts included with your pass.

  • Timetable – check the schedule and book directly.

  • Buy a Pass – purchase new passes.

  • Blog – read the latest updates and articles.
