Service Description
BarBell 20 – 07:30–07:50 Strength in 20: Build muscle. Boost bone health. This 20-minute strength-focused session uses a barbell (or dumbbells if needed) to target the four key areas for improving muscular strength and supporting bone density. Each class selects two to three body areas for focused work, making it an efficient and effective way to lift, load and strengthen. Drawing from our full Weighted Workout programme, this session uses compound movements that are safe, purposeful and progressive. If you’re new to lifting, please ensure you’ve watched the Weighted Workout Introduction to become familiar with the technique and basic movements. A step is recommended if you have one, to support variation in the exercises. This class is part of the Café Rachel programme. Café Rachel Online Workouts – Access and Viewing Policy Welcome to Café Rachel Online Workouts Thank you for booking onto Café Rachel. These online workouts are designed to be safe, supportive, and flexible, allowing you to take part live or on catch-up in a way that suits your body, your space, and your energy levels. Sessions are coached clearly, with options offered throughout, but it is important that you work within your own limits, take rest when needed, and ensure you have a safe, clear area to exercise in. Online training works best when you feel confident to adapt, pause, or stop at any point, and this approach is actively encouraged. Live classes are delivered via our private Facebook group, which you will need to join in order to attend sessions as they happen. The group is also used for updates, timetable information, and general communication related to the programme. All sessions are recorded and made available via an exclusive, unlisted YouTube channel. This allows you to catch up on any class at a time that suits you, using your phone, tablet, or computer. These recordings are not public and are only accessible to Café Rachel members.
