Learn how poor sleep raises appetite, stress and cholesterol. Discover recovery tools — breathing, stretching, gentle Pilates and mindfulness — to activate “rest and restore.” See how evening habits, light and meal timing affect rest and metabolism. Week 4 — 9th December 2025 Stress, Clarity and Calm: Rethinking Pressure and Resilience Understand how stress hormones affect cholesterol, blood pressure and mood. Explore how movement, breathwork and mindset reduce chronic cortisol and protect heart health. Learn how daily systems — not motivation — support calm focus and resilience. End the year stronger, steadier and more balanced.
