Service Description
his is a relaxed, upbeat morning designed to get you moving, learning and laughing. A chance to try some enjoyable exercise, understand a bit more about what is happening in your body, and pick up some practical ideas that can help you feel stronger and more energised. There are two Get Up and Glow events to choose from. Each morning has a slightly different mix of sessions, so you can come to one or both. Think of it as a morning for you. Step away from the usual routine, catch up with people you already know from class, and meet others who are often dealing with the same life changes. You can dip in and out of sessions or stay for the whole morning. Please bring a deckchair or something comfortable to sit on for the coffee and chat. Sunday 29th March 2026 9:30am – 12:00pm £6 – attend any part or the full morning 09:45 – 10:15 | Standing Pilates A simple but effective session to improve balance, posture and core strength. Accessible for everyone, with options to make it a little more challenging if you wish - so bring some light dumbbells if you want more challenge! 10:15 – 10:30 | Break 10:30 – 11:15 | Nutrition Talk – Supporting Your Energy Straightforward, practical advice on how diet & nutrition can support your energy levels, help you to recovery quickly and support your overall health and wellbeing. Really useful information you can actually apply. 11:15 – 12:00 | Disco-Diva A fun, feel-good session to lift your heart rate, boost your mood and send you into the weekend with a smile. Saturday 18th April 2026 9:00am – 12:00pm £6 – attend any part or the full morning Please bring a step if you have one (but don’t worry if you don’t). 09:00 – 09:20 | Functional Fitness Strength and movement patterns that help you stay strong and capable in everyday life. We will be using a band and weight. Please bring your own if you have! 09:30 – 09:50 | Step Cardio - A fab cardio session to get the heart pumping and energy flowing - this can be done on the floor as low impact. Bring your step! 10:00 – 10:20 | Metabolic Workout - How to train effectively with light weights and cardio. 10:30 – 11:00 | Coffee, Cake and Chat 11:15 – 12:00 | Disco-Diva Music, movement and a guaranteed mood lift. Places are limited, so please book ahead (mainly so I know how many cakes to bring). Message me if you have any questions, or if there is something you would love to see included on the day.

If there are any adjustments I can make to better suit your needs—whether due to an injury, illness, or anything else—please don’t hesitate to let me know. I'm happy to accommodate and adjust as needed. To ensure we get the most out of our session, please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts. This will help us begin on time and make the most of our time together. If you’re unable to attend a session, kindly inform me in advance so I can offer your spot to someone else.
