Kettlebell Pilates with Rachel Hubbard Join me, Rachel Hubbard – Exercise & Menopause Specialist with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science – for a class designed to support your strength, posture, and long-term health. This programme addresses the physical changes that come with ageing, helping you stay active, capable, and confident. Why Choose Kettlebell Pilates? This class combines the core principles of Pilates with resistance training using kettlebells and dumbbells. You will also learn correct kettlebell technique to use safely and effectively. Adding weight to your practice does more than build muscle. It helps maintain bone density, improves joint stability, and supports better posture – all of which are vital for staying steady and independent as we age. Each session also includes guidance on how these movements connect to everyday health. You will leave knowing how to apply what you’ve learned to daily life.
