Service Description
On the 9th December, Borth Primary School will be using the hall. Pilates will move to 6pm on Thursday 11th December. Disco-Diva will restart on Thursday 8th January 2026.

I’m looking forward to having you join us. If there are any adjustments I can make to better suit your needs—whether due to an injury, illness, or anything else—please don’t hesitate to let me know. I'm happy to accommodate and adjust as needed.
To ensure we get the most out of our session, please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts. This will help us begin on time and make the most of our time together.
If you’re unable to attend a session, kindly inform me in advance so I can offer your spot to someone else.
