About Our Classes Our Back Care Pilates classes have been proven to be a highly effective method for alleviating chronic lower back pain. Led by Rachel Hubbard, a Level 4 Back Care Exercise Practitioner and Coach with over 20 years of experience, we come highly recommended by local physiotherapists and GP's. Our evidence-based training methods and exercises are designed to target core strength and provide relief for a range of issues, including chronic lower back pain, pelvic floor concerns, hip replacement recovery, and even those who are new to Pilates. Why Choose Us? We are dedicated to continuously updating our knowledge to ensure that you receive the best care for your back pain and everyday living. Our classes are tailored to be safe and effective, offering you a path towards a healthier, stronger back. Class Details To maintain a high-quality experience, we limit class sizes. To secure your spot, we recommend booking in advance. We provide mats and bands for your convenience, although you are welcome to bring your own for hygiene purposes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts to set up and have a quick chat with us. Pricing Our classes are priced at just £5 per session. For those committed to their well-being, we offer cost-saving passes: Pass Y Borth & Aber 4: Enjoy 4 classes for £15, valid over a 3-month period (only £3.75 per class). Pass Y Borth & Aber 8: Get an 8-class pass for £26, usable over 6 months (just £3.25 per class). Pass Y Borth & Aber 16: Opt for a 16-class pass for £4, valid for 12 months (only £2.75 per class).
