Cardio Corner
Cardio Corner is a 20-minute aerobic workout designed to support your heart health and boost fitness. Each week brings a different style of training, so you can keep things fresh and enjoyable. Sessions include Step Workouts, Circuits, HIIT, and Fizzy.
Options are always given so you can work at the right level for you, whether you are just starting out or looking to challenge yourself. Cardio Corner is part of Café Rachel and offers a safe, structured way to add effective cardio exercise into your week.
