Join us for a 45-minute HIIT-based Cardio interval training session designed to boost your health and fitness.
This dynamic workout includes fundamental exercises like squats, knee lifts, and running in place, without any complex dance-style coordination moves.
This simplicity allows you to focus on elevating your heart rate and enhancing your fitness level.
To fully engage in the session, you'll need a pair of dumbbells or a weighted plate, and occasionally, we'll incorporate a step to keep you challenged and motivated.
