Back Care Pilates with Rachel Hubbard BSc (Hons) Supportive movement for strength, stability, and pain relief If you’re managing chronic lower back pain, recovering from injury, or simply want to build strength safely, this class offers a clear and practical path forward. Led by Rachel Hubbard – a Level 4 Back Care Practitioner and experienced Pilates Coach – these classes use evidence-based movement to help you feel more in control of your body. You’ll be guided through focused exercises that support your spine, core, and posture, with options for all levels. Whether you’re returning to exercise after a break, navigating the after-effects of surgery or stress, or just looking for a class that listens to your needs – this is a calm, welcoming space to build strength over time. Classes are grounded in clinical knowledge and over 20 years of specialist experience Exercises are gentle but effective – tailored to support real-life function, not fitness fads Trusted by local GPs and physios as part of a long-term approach to managing back pain Safe for beginners, and adaptable for those with pelvic floor issues, childbirth, joint replacements or chronic back pain. Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up and chat through any questions Mats and bands are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own Flexible Pricing Options Single Class – £6 Pass 4 – £18 (valid for 3 months, £4.50 per class) Pass 8 – £28 (valid for 6 months, £3.50 per class) Pass 16 – £48 (valid for 12 months, £3.00 per class) Passes are flexible – use them across both Borth and Aberystwyth locations.
