Pilates Y Borth with Rachel Hubbard, BSc Welcome to Pilates Y Borth with Rachel Hubbard, BSc. Our Pilates Matwork class offers an effective way to build core strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility. Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that focuses on controlled, precise movements, making it suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. Regular practice can help to improve posture, reduce back pain, and enhance overall body awareness. Pilates also supports mental well-being by promoting mindful movement, reducing stress, and improving focus. With over 20 years of experience as a Pilates coach, I provide clear guidance, individual adjustments, and ongoing support to help you move with confidence and ease. Our classes are friendly, welcoming, and inclusive. To secure your place, please book via the website. Payment can be made online or in person on the day. Please note that booking is essential to guarantee your space. For hygiene reasons, please bring your own mat and resistance band if possible. Spare equipment is available for newcomers. Parking is available outside the hall, and there are restroom facilities on site. Class Pass Options To make booking simple and cost-effective, we offer flexible class passes that can be used for any in-person session in Borth or Aberystwyth. Once you have purchased a pass, you can log into the website or app and book your chosen classes. Please remember that a pass does not automatically reserve your place — it acts as your method of payment for each session booked. Pass Y Borth & Aber 4 – £16 Includes 4 classes to use at any time Equivalent to £4 per class Pass Y Borth & Aber 8 – £28 Includes 8 classes to use at any time Equivalent to £3.50 per class Pass Y Borth & Aber 16 – £48 Includes 16 classes to use at any time Equivalent to £3 per class
