Service Description

What: A specialised Pilates class designed for those with chronic back and joint pain. This chair-based class combines gentle seated and standing exercises, making it perfect for anyone who finds floor-based exercises uncomfortable. Who it’s for: Anyone struggling with back or joint pain, seniors, or those who prefer a gentle approach to exercise. When: Mondays, 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM, starting 16th September. Where: Borth Community Hall Why: Improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase strength in a safe and supportive environment.
